What time will the house be cleaned?
Domestic Divas operates Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. We try to accommodate special requests if our schedule allows.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes, Domestic Divas has $1,000,000 in liability insurance and is bonded for $25,000.
Will you provide cleaning tools and equipment?
Domestic Divas provides all cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have any special requests or would like us to use any of your products or equipment you may ask us to do so. We also have all-natural, eco-friendly cleaning products for a pure "green" cleaning of your home.
What should I do before a cleaning?
We ask you to pick up personal belongings and free the room of clutter, so that we may spend time CLEANING the house and not straightening your home.
Do you clean houses one-time, or do you have long-term cleaning arrangements?
Most of our customers prefer a weekly cleaning on a regularly scheduled day. However, we also clean homes bi-weekly, monthly, and for one-time special occasions. Commercial and residential make-ready services are also available.
How do I pay for my cleaning?
Pay with cash or check the day of the service. Credit card payments are also available with a 3% surcharge added to the total cleaning cost.
What if I need to change or cancel my scheduled cleaning date?
Please notify us within 24 hours to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.
Do you provide assistance for parties?
Yes, Domestic Divas can assist before, during and after a party if our schedule allows.
