Residential Cleaning Detail...
Domestic Divas has a cleaning service level for every budget. Whether you want your house cleaned to absolute perfection from top to bottom or those areas that you can't seem to get to, we can help. One of our cleaning levels is just right for you and your family. *There is a $25-$50 initial cleaning fee (depending upon the size of your home) for the first housecleaning service (or if we have not returned to your home within 120 days of your first cleaning). *Pets, additional rooms, additional square footage and depth of cleaning may affect pricing, please ask for details. ' A-la-carte' services are priced by the job and discussed beforehand to determine the appropriate pricing.

'THRIFT' CLEANING

Base price of *$75 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house 1800 square feet or less.

· BATHROOMS – sweep and mop floor, clean sinks, shine faucets, clean countertops, sanitize & deodorize toilet, clean bathtub/shower, shine mirrors, empty trash cans.

· KITCHEN/EATING AREA – sweep and mop floor, wipe stove top and vent hood, wipe counter tops, clean sink, wipe down all appliance fronts, wipe off table and chairs, empty kitchen trash can.

· BEDROOMS – make bed, vacuum floor, sweep and mop floor (if no carpet), light dusting of furniture, dust ceiling fans, empty trash cans.

· OFFICE/LIVING AREA/DEN/DINING ROOM/ENTRY WAY – light dusting of furniture and electrical appliances,vacuum floor, sweep and mop (if no carpet), dust ceiling fans, empty trash cans .

'A-LA-CARTE' SERVICES: Clean inside windows, clean inside of refrigerator, clean inside of freezer, clean inside of oven, clean inside of stove top, clean out and organize cabinets and drawers, fold clothes, polish silver, polish furniture, wipe down accessible ceiling fans, remove books from bookshelves and clean shelves, wash out trash cans, clean mini-blinds, wash baseboards, complete dusting of miscellaneous knick-knacks and/or small collections, thorough dusting of wall art, etc.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE: Handyman projects (ceiling fan installation, light fixtures installed, light interior painting, furniture assembly, tile work, etc.), exterior pressure washing, window cleaning, house de-cluttering, home organizing and other special projects as requested.

'ELITE' CLEANING

Base price of *$125 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house 1800 square feet or less.

· BATHROOMS/LAUNDRY ROOM – sweep/spot wipe and mop floor, sweep accessible baseboards, spot wipe baseboards, clean and sanitize sinks, shine faucets, wipe and sanitize countertops, wipe cabinet/drawer facings, sanitize & deodorize toilet, clean bathtub/shower, shine mirrors, polish hardware, empty trash cans, wipe down washer & dryer.

· KITCHEN/EATING AREA – load dishwasher, sweep/spot wipe and mop floor, sweep accessible baseboards, clean stove top and vent hood with degreaser, detail cleaning of stove top, wipe and sanitize counter tops and back-splash, clean and sanitize sink, wipe down all appliance fronts, clean the microwave (inside and out), wipe cabinet/drawer facings, clean and sanitize table and chairs, wipe outside of and empty kitchen trash can.

· BEDROOMS – change linen and make bed, vacuum floor, sweep and mop floor (if no carpet), sweep accessible baseboards, detailed dusting of furniture and electrical appliances, dust ceiling fans, empty trash cans.

· OFFICE/LIVING AREA/DEN/DINING ROOM/ENTRY WAY –

detailed dusting of furniture and electrical appliances, wipe off computer monitor, vacuum floor, sweep and mop (if no carpet), sweep accessible baseboards, light dusting of knick-knacks, dust ceiling fans, empty trash cans.

PLUS:Dust accessible light fixtures, light dusting of blinds, sweep front porch, wipe accessible window sills, dust lamp shades, clean one sliding glass door, wipe door moldings, wipe door handles, wipe light switches, clean glass topped furniture, shine mirrors, clean glass picture frames, empty trash, remove cobwebs, and general pickup.

'CORE' CLEANING

Base price of *$100 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house 1800 square feet or less.

· BATHROOMS/LAUNDRY ROOM – sweep and mop floor, sweep accessible baseboards, clean and sanitize sinks, shine faucets, wipe and sanitize countertops, sanitize & deodorize toilet, clean and sanitize bathtub/shower, shine mirrors, empty trash cans, wipe down washer & dryer.

· KITCHEN/EATING AREA – sweep/spot wipe and mop floor, sweep accessible baseboards, clean stove top and vent hood with degreaser, wipe and sanitize counter tops and back-splash, clean and sanitize sink, wipe down all appliance fronts, clean the microwave (inside and out), clean and sanitize table and chairs, empty kitchen trash can.

1800-2400 sq ft: plus $50 with $25 initial cleaning fee
2401-3200 sq ft: plus $75 with $35 initial cleaning fee
3201-4000 sq ft: plus $100 with $50 initial cleaning fee
4000 sq ft and up, please contact for a custom quote.
